A few of you may remember my post a couple of weeks ago about my wife backing into a pickup truck with her car.
Perhaps I gave her too much grief about it. I did this today backing into our garage. Something I've done a 1000 times (I have to back in because there's cabinets on that side preventing me from opening the door if I pull in straight).
On the plus side Acura sells replacement mirror housings already painted.

I owned my Envoy for 7 years. Never once hit anything. Then, as soon as I consider a replacement: backed into a parking space and did this shit. It's a constant reminder of bad driving. Replace quickly.

I did the same to my Cobras mirror back in '10 (at that point I had owned the car for about 12 years)

Been there, I backed my wife's old Jetta GLI mirror into a pillar in a parking garage. She NEVER let me live that down. Until she lent the car to a friend who promptly got into an accident totaling the car.
